Hey peoples!
London is a pretty crazy town. I've been here for a few days, with a gig last Sunday, a night running around Camden Town and, after, a quick and wonderful trip up to Mansfield for a show with Phil Ashmore and Friends at the Saints Bar. So far, my time in the UK has been worth it. I've met some chill people, played a lot of music, went through a lot of old memories, some good and some bad, and I look forward to my return.
Tonight's gig at the Half Moon will be my last of this little "Back to Europe" tour and I am headed home to the States. Back to Bay Head for a few days and, if you are in Asbury Park on Friday night, drop into the Stone Pony as I will be dropping in on Colie Brice and the New Age Blues Experience as they appear as "Rockasaurus Wreck and the Dinotones". It'll be good to be back home after all these trains and buses, gigs and 4th floor accommodations (without elevators) and, of course, the snow. I like it and all, but the Brits can't deal with it.
So this is a short one, but I got more to talk about next time. There will be some more video, as promised earlier, and some other surprises, too. Be in touch!
